(Source: United States Attorney's Office for the District of Nevada) RENO, Nev.- An owner of several Reno, Nevada landscaping and rock hauling businesses was sentenced yesterday to 10 months in prison for failure to pay over employment taxes, announced Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Caroline D. Ciraolo, head of the Justice Department's Tax Division, and U.S. Attorney Daniel G. Bogden of the District of Nevada.
